General membership and voting membership terms

Congratulations, you're purchasing a general membership! With a general membership, you get all of the great benefits you’ve come to know and love from the ClimbingQTs. Discounts at local gyms and retailers, access to our online Discord chat, and invitations to all of our indoor and outdoor events.

You can choose to take on additional responsibilities as a voting member, if you like. A voting member is different to a general member in that you will be expected to participate in governance meetings (like the Annual General Meeting). You can always choose to amend your membership type (“general” vs “voting”) at a later date by emailing us at secretary@climbingqts.com. We will also offer options to change in the lead up to any important meetings where voting might take place. If you want to be a voting member, please tick the box while purchasing membership to opt in.
